Thank you for subscribing to SenditBox. We strive to provide the best QR-based feedback platform for your business. Please read our policy regarding subscription cancellations and refund requests.
1. Subscription Cancellations
You can cancel your SenditBox subscription at any time. When you cancel, your active subscription will remain active until the end of your current billing period (monthly, half-yearly, or yearly), and you will not be charged again.
To cancel your subscription, you can go to your **Dashboard > Profile** and select "Cancel Subscription", or email us at **support@senditbox.in** with your account details.
2. Refund Eligibility
Since our service offers a free tier ("Starter" plan) to evaluate the core functionality, paid subscription charges are generally non-refundable. However, we want you to be completely satisfied:
- Growth (Yearly) and Growth (6 Months) Plans: We offer a 7-day money-back guarantee for first-time purchases. If you request a refund within 7 days of your initial purchase, we will issue a full refund.
- Growth (Monthly) Plan: Monthly plans are non-refundable after charge processing, but you can cancel at any time to prevent future renewals.
- Renewal Charges: Subscription renewals are processed automatically and are non-refundable. You must cancel before your renewal date to avoid being charged.
3. Requesting a Refund
To request a refund under our 7-day money-back guarantee, please contact our support team at **support@senditbox.in** using the email address associated with your SenditBox account. Please include your order ID and the reason for your refund request.
4. Processing Refunds
Once your refund request is approved, we will process it immediately. The refund will be credited back to your original payment method (Credit/Debit Card, UPI, Net Banking, or Wallet) through our payment gateway (Cashfree).
Refunds typically take 5 to 7 business days to reflect in your bank account or credit card statement, depending on your bank's processing times.
